Instinctive Studio Ark Hive is an organic health and wellness centre, for artworks, art classes, cafe and meetups for use by the public during open hours, in designated areas of the home and property only. All rules of Instinctive Studio Ark Hive Physical and Site locations are strictly governed by the owners of Instinctive Studio Ark Hive. These terms and conditions govern the use of Instinctive Studio Ark Hive home, gallery, studio, cafe', shop, park and online site and includes all aspects of these components that make up Instinctive Studio Ark Hive, which will be strictly enforced.

These Terms and Conditions govern the sales of all artwork and product on our Site. All images are subject to copyright by the artist and owner of Instinctive Studio Ark Hive. All images, measurements and descriptions are as accurate as possible, however some variations may occur, depending on your location and temperature. In the case of woodworks, including frames and stretcher bars for canvas, as wood is a natural product, it can expand and contract due to the atmospheric conditions and temperatures. Some movement may occur.

You agree to purchase all artwork, wood and furniture products as is and at your own risk. All original artwork, woodworks, and furniture sales are final.

​We accept: Cash, all major credit and debit cards and Wix payments through Square and e-transfer.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. Your information is secured and processed by Square.

We reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction should the item become unavailable, your transaction is thought to be dishonest or illegal.

Due to the organically created nature of artwork as an individual piece to collectors, it's originality, rarity and value, all artworks and wood works are final sale, in order to retain it's value. This includes limited edition, artist signed and numbered Giclee prints on both paper and canvas. We want you to love your purchase. For gift items such as mugs, coasters, and any commercially reproduced image product the return policy is as follows:

Products that do not meet your needs may be returned for exchange or refund in your same method of chosen payment, within 10 days of purchase. Item must be in "AS NEW " condition. Refund is at owners' discretion. A receipt is best for ease of refund process. If the item is returned in "AS NEW" condition after 10 days, but before 21 days, a credit or gift certificate, equal to the value of the purchase price will be offered towards an alternative item. After 21 days no exchange or refund will be given.

If an item has been damaged during shipping and only with verification, it will be replaced with an item of equal value.

Refunds for postage and handling are not included except in incidences that you have received a damaged item.
